Toruń is easily accessible from major Polish and European hubs. Direct train connections link the city with Warsaw (approx. 2.5 hours), as well as with Gdańsk and Poznań (approx. 1.5 hours). For international travelers, Bydgoszcz Airport is located about 45 minutes from Toruń, while Gdańsk Airport can be reached in approximately two hours. Both airports offer a range of European connections and convenient onward travel by train or coach.

Toruń provides a wide range of accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets, from high-standard hotels to more affordable guesthouses and hostels. A number of rooms will be reserved in hotels located close to the university campus and the historic city center, ensuring comfortable access to conference venues and major attractions.
