Submission of Papers and Panel Proposals
The Organising Committee of MOH XII – Making of Humanities XII invites scholars to submit proposals for individual papers and thematic panels. Submissions are collected exclusively via the official MOH XII submission forms available on this website.
Please read the instructions below carefully before submitting your proposal.
To fill in the form, please first create an account, activate it using the activation link sent to you, and then log in to your account.
Then, use the form to send your proposal.
Types of Submissions
1. Individual Papers
Paper proposals should present original research relevant to the themes of MOH XII.
Required elements:

Paper title
-
Abstract of up to 250 words
-
Keywords (3–5)
-
Author details (name, affiliation, email address, short bio)
If a paper has more than one author, please provide full details for all co-authors. One author should be indicated as the corresponding author.
2. Panel Proposals
Panel proposals should consist of a coherent set of papers addressing a shared research question or thematic focus.
Panel structure:

Panel title
-
Panel abstract of up to 150 words describing the overall concept
-
3–4 individual paper abstracts, each of up to 250 words (inlcuding title)

Full details of all participants (including panel convenor/chair; name, affiliation, email address, short bio)
One person acts as the panel convenor and corresponding author and is responsible for submitting the complete proposal on behalf of all participants.
Submission Procedure
All submissions must be made via the online submission forms provided on the MOH XII website.
Step-by-step:

Select the appropriate submission form (Paper or Panel).

Complete all required fields in the form.

Upload the required abstracts (and, in the case of panels, all paper abstracts in a single PDF file).

Submit the form.

After successful submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Important Dates
Submission deadline: April 19th, 2026
Notification of acceptance: June 1st, 2026
Conference dates: October 7th-9th, 2026
Review Process
All paper and panel proposals will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee of MOH XII. Notifications of acceptance will be sent individually to corresponding authors.
